Whitewashed walls. Bare stone pillars and ashlar dressings of doorways and windows, frequently having been ‘restored’/i.e. scraped. Remnants of ancient paint found on some stone e.g. pillar S3.
South aisle late 12thC. Porch and Nth aisle (inc pillars) added later. Chancel probably Victorian.
140 photos taken, many having several graffiti images. Graffiti quality is variable, from deep to faint. Most of the graffiti is found in the porch and is initials, names, dates etc with a few pictorial images.
